LOGO DESIGN
Over the years I've created logos for freelancers, companies, and departments. Below are some of these logos - scroll below to see the background and description for each.
Clubs @ Oregon State
There are many clubs that are affiliated with Oregon State University, but are not allowed to use the academic or athletic Oregon State logo. So whenever they wanted to show their connection to OSU, they felt limited on what they could use. They asked for their own logo that the could use on promotional materials and SWAG, that could be used as a sort of "stamp" to indicate that the club was a part of Oregon State University. The logo creates a vague shape of a beaver with the letters "clubs" and uses the @ symbol like in social media to show its connection to Oregon State.
Thrilljo Baggins
A Twitch streamer by the name of Thrilljo Baggins needed a new logo to feature on his channel, which included the avatar, channel banner, and additional break screens. The name plays off the character 'Bilbo Baggins', and much of the design and inspiration comes from the Lord of the Rings hand-drawn art style featured in the concept art.
Craft Hack
A series of craft videos featured on Youtube. The logo is an "ambigram", which can be read upside-down and rightside-up. One direction reads "Craft" and turned upside down reads "Hack". When displayed in the video, literally flipping the words reveals this secret.
How Did We Miss This? Podcast
A podcast that focuses on pop culture movies, videogames, music and more that one or the other missed when it came out. The logo features two men shouting at a microphone, with a large question mark in the center. This logo is currently used as their main avatar for their page on sites like Spotify, Google Podcasts, etc, as well as in their social media. The logo is often paired with a graphic of a man shouting the words as well.
The Aspiring Aviator
A Youtube channel featuring the learning process of a student pilot. The logo combines the two "A's" in Aspiring Aviator into one, and features wings on either side to mimic the appearance of pilot wings. This logo is currently used on the Youtube page as well as other social media like Twitter.
HM Craft
An online craft store selling handmade decorations and art. The logo is the script handwriting of me, the artist. This logo is currently used on the website (see the upper left corner of this website) social media, and Etsy.
Newberry Geothermal Energy
Oregon State University was tasked with creating a logo and materials for a potential new program that would be moved to a facility at a research observatory at Newberry National Monument in central Oregon. While this program did not ultimately come to win the bid, I helped in the logo creation and deliverables.

Construction Engineering Management
A department under the College of Engineering at Oregon State University, celebrating 50 years. The logo features the city skyline of Portland, Oregon, and a bridge in a silhouette in front of it (a location that has featured a lot of projects from OSU). This logo was used in marketing and merchandise leading up to the event celebrating 50 years.
Double D Kokanee Tackle
A fishing lures and tackle business specializing in the catching of Kokanee Salmon. The logo features a simple skeleton of a fish, with the name Double D Kokanee Tackle forming a circle around the fish. This logo is currently used on the website, as well as in merchandise such as hats.

Mid-Valley Council
Oregon State University was tasked with creating a logo and materials for a potential new program that would be moved to a facility at a research observatory at Newberry National Monument in central Oregon. Sunshine Shabby Chic Boutique
A local furniture and decoration refinisher in the Tampa, Florida area. The logo features a small bird within the shape of a barn, alongside the script of the text. While no longer in business, they used the logo in their social media and Etsy page while still operating.
Rotary Motions
A hobby shop located in Corvallis, Oregon. This logo uses the gears to show the mechanical side of their products, as well as a propeller that divides the text. While the company is no longer in business, they used the logo in all their marketing and signage while it was still operating.
Glenn Miller Seed Inc.
A third generation family grass seed farm that's located in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. This logo combines the initials of the owner, Glenn Miller, with a strip of grass seed running vertically along the emblem. This logo is currently used in their website, business cards, and stationery.
Tamara Hamilton Photography
A local photographer in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. The logo combines a script of the name with the serif of the word Photography, and uses the sun-ray outline of a yellow flower behind. This logo is currently used as a watermark over all images that the photographer posts on their social media, as well as on stationery.
